Hi Fellow Volunteers!

I wanted to personally thank everyone, from captains to volunteers, for making this weekend a resounding success. Our captains did an incredible job organizing, and identifying where people needed to go. Special thank you to Roberta, Kathy, Linda, Steve, Jay, Elly, Julie, Francine, Dolly, Howard, Gael, Karen, Robbie, Pat, and Naomi for all of their efforts. Additional special thanks to Team Potomac, Team Gaithersburg, Team Germantown, Team Bethesda, Takoma Park for Hillary, Team Rockville, Woman’s National Democratic Club, and Woman’s Democratic Club of Montgomery County.

We had over 30 volunteers in both Loudoun and Arlington counties to support their voter registration efforts. Our volunteers knocked on over 200 doors, registered 50+ voters, and recruited 20+ new volunteers. Additionally, we gifted the Arlington, VA office with buttons and stickers to give to their hardest working phone bankers! Give yourself a pat on the back! Yet, our work is not done. Donald Trump and his cronies have raised over $51 million in June 2016. The Republicans not supporting Trump are pushing their monies onto the Senate and Congressional campaigns. Therefore, we must leave everything out on the field in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Call your family members, friends, church goers, co-workers, and tell them that their vote does count. We must do everything in our power leaving no doubt that we have walked the talk before November 8, 2016.

Every door must be knocked, sidewalk stomped, stairs climbed, and hills climbed to get out the vote this year. We need to do everything in our power to inspire others to talk Hillary Clinton and build excitement to get out the vote (GOTV).
